Best time to visit Kedarkantha trek

Precautions
- Acute Mountain Sickness: you will be reaching a maximum altitude of 12,500 ft, so the chances of getting hit with AMS are very high. Don’t rush and make sure you trek slowly as it will help your body to acclimatize well. Also, carry some prescribed medicines for AMS.
- Dehydration: dehydration is quite common during trekking. Make sure you drink at least 5-6 liters of water a day. Sip water after every 10-15 minutes during your trek.
